Daniel Peace is the founder of SIILK gallery and curator, focused on supporting emerging visual artists who belong to underground/alternative scenes from cities around the world that produce their art independently. Through his curation, Daniel promotes originality in aesthetics and the freedom of artistic expression. His curation focuses on work which is quality, progressive and contemporary, working with artists who are provocative, incendiary, seductive and who challenge the traditions of art. Daniel has organised and curated exhibitions internationally, as well as designed and developed immersive VR experiences with artists globally for virtual exhibitions, having also studied a PGC at Salford university, Salford, U.K in “Digital Curation and Collections”. Originally born in the UK he has worked and lived between London, Berlin, Mexico City and Athens, recently relocating back to Berlin. Daniel joined TAEX as a Curator in 2023.
