Aurora Garrison is a writer, curator, and project manager based in Los Angeles. With an eye for emerging artists and contemporary figurative and abstract work, Aurora has written extensively about buying art online and has worked with artists worldwide, ranging from traditional mediums to new technologies. Her professional background has been applied to advising clients on developing curatorial projects, strategising on event production, and strengthening their creative communities. She has a BA in Art History and International Affairs from Lewis & Clark College (Portland, USA) and an MA in World Heritage Studies from the University of Turin (Italy). Aurora has worked at Christie’s in San Francisco and at Paddle8, Saatchi Art, and The Getty Museum in Los Angeles. Aurora is currently working as a consultant with companies like Cohart, Twofivesix, Killscreen, and Snap Collective Publishing.
